Sold by Pyritz Classics of Frankfurt am Main in July 2022. Amended seller's description below.
www.pyritz-classics.de/fahrzeuge/jaguar-e-type-serie-3-8-litre/

This Series 1 open two seater Roadster E Type, chassis number 876773, engine number RA2552-9, was delivered to its first owner in Minnesota in 1962. The car was restored from 2011 to 2013 by a specialist restoration company in Germany. Finished in Opalescent Gunmetal with a Red interior, this is a high quality restoration. The car is fitted with a ZF 5 speed gearbox, 4 piston braking system and has 72 spoke chrome wire wheels, all for better driving. The original unrestored hardtop is included. It comes with a photographic record of the restoration and the Jaguar Heritage certificate. It has been with the last owner for the past 9 years and it has covered only 5,300 miles since the restoration.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
