Ebay item 9/19/13
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-S1-Roadster-1962-e-type-3-8-liter-s-1-roadster-de ...
Current bid $3,050 reserve not met, 8 bids 9 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Lafayette, California.
Sellers description:
1962 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Liter S1 Roadster for full restoration. Stored in a desert storage yard for several decades, solid body. Original Carmen Red with Biscuit interior color combination. Main body appears to have little rust, some weak areas in the pans, trunk floors appears 100% factory solid, wheel wells seem very good. Front subframes appear straight and solid. Comes with a rusty bonnet that is missing interior structures and is in poor condition. Two new fender panels purchased to fix the bonnet are included. No transmission. Engine turns over but its condition is unknown; it is an early 3.8 liter block, not the car's original engine, and there is no number on cylinder head. Soft top frame in good condition, hard top also included. This E-Type is originally a left-hand drive car (per the Heritage Certificate) but it has been converted to right-hand drive. Ebay member bradley61 has complete LHD components that he wants to trade straight across for the RHD components in this Etype. This Etype was converted to RHD, so anyone who wants to convert it back to original LHD can get the components for free from bradley61. You can contact him directly through Ebay, bradley61 is located in Australia. Everything include is pictured. An Ebay member from the UK purchased this item and never paid for it.

Note the body number tag on the car does not match the JDHT certificate. Certificate R3325, body tag R3317.
