Poor restamp of numbers. Body number likely incorrect and double stamped. Where's the Heritage Certificate?

This 1964 Jaguar XKE is a left-hand-drive Series I roadster that was the subject of a two-year refurbishment completed in 2010 by Catz Auto Restoration of Youngstown, Ohio, and it is powered by a 3.8-liter inline-six linked to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Finished in black over tan leather, the roadster is equipped with a black soft top, a soft top boot, enclosed headlights, 15″ wire-spoke wheels, power-assisted disc brakes, dual side mirrors, triple windshield wipers, and an aftermarket digital stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The seller purchased the car in 2019, and has subsequently had the cylinder head rebuilt and Vredestein Sprint Classic tires mounted. This XKE Series I roadster is now offered at no reserve in Florida with a Jaguar-Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate, the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.
This example left the factory finished in black and was repainted during the aforementioned refurbishment at Catz Auto Restoration. Additional equipment includes a black soft top, a soft top boot, enclosed headlights, a louvered clamshell hood, wraparound chrome bumpers, bright trim, dual side mirrors, triple windshield wipers, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 15″ wire wheels are secured by two-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. Braking is provided by four-wheel discs with inboard-mounted rear rotors.
Originally trimmed in red, the cabin was re-trimmed during the refurbishment using tan leather along with color-coordinated door panels and black carpets. Interior appointments include black vinyl dash trim, a sliding rearview mirror, a heater, and a digital stereo with Bluetooth connectivity.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a Smiths 160-mph speedometer and 6k-rpm tachometer, while auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and amperage are located in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 57k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.8-liter inline-six features triple SU carburetors and was factory rated at 265 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. The engine is said to have been rebuilt during the refurbishment, and the cylinder head was reportedly rebuilt, ported, and polished under current ownership.
The engine block stamp reads RA3675-9, which corresponds with the engine number listed on the Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate pictured below.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The Jaguar Heritage Trust Production Record Trace certificate displays the original colors and drivetrain numbers as well as the build and dispatch dates.
