1964 Jaguar XKE (Series 1) Convertible for sale. - ALL NUMBERS MATCHING. I have personally owned this car for 30 years.
In that time a professional Jaguar restoration ship has replaced or restored everything on this vehicle at one time.
Indigo Blue exterior paint with Biscuit interior and a tan cloth convertible top.
Original 3.8 Liter inline 6 making 325hp with original four speed (non synchronized) 4 speed.
Engine has racing Cams, ported and polished head, lightweight aluminum flywheel, (Original SU) carburetors re-jetted to match camshafts, and headers to X-pipe. Exhaust (except muffler) has been jet-coated.
Has been converted to a 12-volt system (negative earth) with an alternator and electronic ignition.
Suspension components have been powder coated, bushes replaced, brake calipers rebuilt (lined), etc.
Car was imported to Canada originally, then later to US. (have Jaguar heritage paperwork with all vehicle numbers).
Car was originally white exterior, red interior with black hood (convertible top).
Excellent driving, showing and very dependable Jaguar.
