Ebay item 12/1/11
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1962-Jaguar-XKE-E-Type-Coupe-Matching-Numbers-/200683050 ...
Current bid $3,050 reserve not met, 11 bids 6 days left in auction. 20k miles.

Sellers description:
Car needs a total restoration but appears to be complete. The car was last run in 1983. At that time the owner pulled the plugs, filled the cylinders with oil and stowed in the barn. The numbers match the builders plate and as far as I can tell is all original with the exception of an after market radio. The body is solid, all hinges work properly and doors close as they should. There is rust on the bottom on the sides and will need some repair as well as on the lower cowl on the front. All glass is intact except for the rear left wing window. There is a replacement as seen in the pictures however it has not been installed. There is a large pile of chrome trim for the windows and doors. Pretty much all the interior panels are there and are suitable as templates to make new ones. Looks like a Great Project Car!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
