Description:
The vehicle was delivered to California (Sherman Oaks) in 1963. At the beginning of 1980 it was then sold to Canada (Edmonton), where it was driven by the same owner for 30 years. In 2012 it was imported by a classic car dealer and then sold to me.
Since then, the following work/restorations have been carried out:
Registration for Germany including H license plate. Bodywork and repainting in the original color by a specialist workshop for classic cars.
The engine and transmission were overhauled and since then around 4300 kilometers have been driven. Furthermore, necessary parts (starter, alternator, brakes, etc.) have been repaired and replaced. Invoices for the repairs and maintenance work are available.
I only drove the car in the summer in dry weather.
According to the Heritage certificate, the chassis, engine and gearbox numbers match the information, as do the original color and the black seats.
A report (Classis-Data) from 2015 resulted in a grade of 2- and a replacement value of €94,000.

Motor: 3,8 Liter

Seitdem wurden u.a. folgende Arbeiten/Restaurierungen vorgenommen:
For reasons of age I would like to sell my very beautiful Jaguar.

I am the new owner of #886191. Will try to preserve all the remaining original parts, unfortunately a few are missing which I hope I can find the next years. The car was painted on the outside only, engine bay and boot still have the original paint.
