My car is still very original apart from colour (changed at some unknown time in its life, and I am not about to put it back to original) and I intend to keep it pretty much that way apart from converting it to UK spec. (RHD, 3.07:1 diff.), fitting an uprated fan and changing to an alternator / negative earth to cope better with modern road conditions without altering the inherent feel of the car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
