This matching-numbers 'Series 1' E-Type coupé was supplied new to New York in October 1963. In 1994, the Jaguar was purchased by the vendor in Luxembourg from the Racing Green dealership (invoice on file). The car was complete when purchased but in need of restoration, which was finished in December 2001. Invoices for the parts used and photographs of the restoration may be found in the accompanying history file. Finished silver grey with black interior, the car is offered with French Carte Grise de Collection and valid Contrôle Technique; Jaguar Heritage Certificate and Jaguar certificate of conformity (supplied by Jaguar France); and a copy of the American title in the name of the previous owner (Dominique Zihla).
