1970 Jaguar E-Type Series II Vin# P1R27859 One of only 1089 left hand drive coupes built. This is an original power steering car as noted in the "P" on the vin number. Very few original power steering cars made it to the U.S. A cosmetic refresh was performed to the car while in Switzerland were is was held in a private collection. Originally delivered to California and with only 85328 original miles this is a wonderfully running car powered by its original 4.2 litre six cylinder with triple Stromberg carburetors, producing 246 HP and 263 lbs of torque. A true show winner this car won best in class at the Festivals of Speed 2017, and Best in English sophistication at the 2018 Palm Beach Event. Full service was performed in March of this year.
