Seller's description:
1972 Jaguar E-Type V-12 Roadster. Chassis UC1S20776. Factory Original 4-speed manual gearbox, wire wheel car with NO a/c. 69,556 genuine miles, matching numbers.

Re-paint of Factory Original Primrose Yellow, with entirely original Black interior, Black convertible top, Triplex glass, and all chrome including wire wheels.

I purchased this Jag from the Original Owner back in 2009 with 65,047 miles on the odometer. Cold compression is between 155 and 165 throughout all 12 cylinders. Desirable early car with the small bumper overiders. Never any rust, body damage, or panel replacement. Runs strong and cool, Ideal for collector, investor, or simply just driving pleasure.

The following work was performed over the past 10 years and 4,500 miles.....

*COMPLETELY rebuilt rear end
*new 3-piece clutch assy
*rebuilt p/s rack
*rebuilt alternator
*re-cored copper radiator
*new radiator expansion tank
*new water pump and 2 thermostats
*28 new cooling hoses
*56 new Jubilee hose clamps
*replaced ignition with electronic system made specifically for the V-12 E-Type from SNG Barratt
*rebuilt all 4 carbs
*new double fuel pump
*new complete SS exhaust from shorty downpipes thru chrome fantail
*new LHF and LHR exhaust manifold gaskets
*new front brake rotors, pads, hoses, and ss caliper pistons
*non-copper core ignition wire set
*new front and rear gearbox seals
*12 Champion spark plugs (RN9YC)
*new voltage regulator
*ALL fluids and filters have been replaced
