Ebay item 12/31/12
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/original-owner-garaged-all-original-Cailfornia-car-/1609 ...
Opening bid $30,000, no reserve, no bids 6 days left in auction. 24k miles.
Sellers description:
A 1 owner - low mileage - garage kept - all original car. Been in my parents garage since new, Pops died 25 yrs ago! Since then---- the car has been started and driven to keep it lubed!! Starts and runs and shifts smooth!! leaks some trans fluid when it sits! Body is straight, no accidents or visible rust. Maybe 4 or 5 small dings in paint, but, I polished a section and it shined nice. Chrome is good. Interior is original and needs to be re-done. Top is in good condition but would need new plastic window. The car is basically sound and taking care of the regular needs of a low mileage 40 year old car would result in a beauty!! IE: oil change, tune up, vacuum hoses, upgrade to 134A freon, new interior, fix top window, some rubber trim, tires, etc. These are just some things I noticed. I have not gone over the car in great detail.

Additional description from above auction now listed as Lot F52
The Jaguar wears its original color combination with the Old English white exterior showing well with the red interior which features reconditioned perforated leather seats and fresh carpeting throughout. The three spoke sport steering wheel sits behind classic full face round Smiths gauges accompanied by an array of toggle switches for positive control in the midst of personal English hand-crafted personal luxury expected of a Series-III Jaguar. The original AM/FM radio is retained as-is factory air conditioning. The genuine knock-off chrome wire wheels are equipped with Bridgestone Whitewall tires for traditional style with modern handling and ride quality.
