    Sellers description:
Good Condition. Drive regularly. Drove in dream cruise recently. Original condition except just installed a modern alternator that puts out 100 amps instead of 40. Not restored but looks nice. 6 cylinder engine, 3 carburetors, automatic transmission. Original paint, chrome, interior, etc. Garage kept. AC was originally installed but was removed at some point. AC fan dial switch has been lost which is not reflected in pictures.

Current bid $1,034 reserve not met, 3 bids 6 days left in auction. Car now located in Valdosta, Georgia. 73k miles.

    Sellers description:
For sale is my dream car. Unfortunately with two kids in college plus a military permanent change of station (PCS) she has to go, hopefully to someone interested in a classic British motorcar

My loss is your absolute gain. I believe and am committed to 100% transparency when it comes to selling a car, so bring all questions.

I bought the Jag off E Bay while serving in Afghanistan last year so I have only owned it for 12 months. It has always been stored in my garage and I never ever drove it in the rain. The paint is "carmen red" and really looks sharp. There are some imperfections ie, chips, scartches and small dings. It is what you would call a superb ten footer. No perfect but certainly still a beauty. People have often requested to photograph the Jag while refuelling at the local gas station. THERE ARE NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. Sunday afternoon my son and I took the Jag out on the interstate and at 80 mph the car was just getting started. I could have easily pressed the gas pedal further but that would have set a bad example for my son and I clearly didn't want a speeding ticket.

The Jag underwent a significant mechanical overhaul 4/15/92 and I have the receipts to back up this claim.
    1. Engine overhaul 2. Radiator rebuild 3. New water pump 4. Transmission rebuild.

I have added an additional high velocity fan to assure proper engine cooling. 70 Degrees centigrade!!!

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
