    Opening bid US $28,000 reserve not met no bids 6 days left in auction. Car now said to be in Coal Valley, Illinois. Complete VIN on this car is J691R25063.

    Sellers description:
    1969 Jaguar XKE Coupe. Originally a California car that made it's way to Illinois. Painted in correct British Racing Green as originally listed on JDHT Certificate. Seats recovered by BAS Jaguar trim specialists. New door panels by same supplier as well as boot boards. New carpets wilton wool with new correct gray headliner.Console recovered along with arm rest BAS trim items. Hi performance radiator, alternator upgrades. Air conditioning compressor update along with refrigerant. Wider Michelin tires and new Dayton wire wheels. Transmission upgrade to 5 speed. Suspension/shocks new along with bushing front and rear to polyurethane. Shocks are adjustable, new torsion bars front, new rear spring. New clutch, pressure plate,new lightened flywheel, new clutch master and slave cylinder etc. New brake booster and master cylinder. High output headlamps. All new fuse holders and fuses. Gauges work as they should. Clock converted to electronic system. New radio/speakers, with cd player. Speedometer and Tach rebuilt by Nisonger,ny. Ball joints replaced,front wheel bearings replaced.Engine rebuilt, not original block, original head rebuilt,rebuilt carbs, Fuel tank replaced, RENU process on tank for sealing and rust prevention. New electronic fuel pump, lines and filters.New gear reduction starter. New wsw motor.All exhaust new, stainless steel. Ignition converted to electronic.Many other parts replaced. Most work was done in 2004. Except paint. Excellent driver as set up. Original mileage unknown, approximately 5000 put on since rebuild. Multiple AACA winner. Received First Place at Grand National, Moline IL. 2013.
