1969 JAGUAR E-TYPE 4.2 LITER SERIES II ROADSTER
--Silver with Red leather interior, Red carpeting and Black convertible top, 4-speed, Restored, Original color combination and Matching numbers.
This Series II E-type Roadster is a matching numbers example as verified by its Jaguar Heritage Certificate. It is a two owner California car from new having originally been sold in Fullerton, California. It was owned by its second owner from 1984 until its recent purchase by Autosport Designs, Inc. This E-type is unmodified except for the Series 1 Triple SU carburetor set up, Improved cooling fans, Hitaachi alternator, Modern AM/FM tuner and 6 disc changer located in the boot. All recent cosmetic work has been completed by well-known Jaguar Restorer Dave Ferguson, Campbell, California.
Recently the car was chosen by Jaguar Cars to be featured at Pebble Beach and on their display during the concours week. Includes is a glass plaque engraved with the cars serial number commemorating its participation.
One of the best Series II E-type Roadsters available.
