This roadster was shipped, along with others, to the US for the New York Motor Show. Subsequently, it was used to develop service instructions. It was dismantled, studied, reassembled, and sold. It's current whereabouts are unknown.

The 10/76 issue of Ejag magazine mentions in the "transmission" section that this car was "S"875002. In a note by Tom Hendrics of Maryland, USA he says " S875002 (The second LHD E roadster the S denotes special equipment, just as it does on the XK 120M chassis numbers.) This was a Cunningham race car of 1962-3 vintage. Hansgen and Augie Pabst drove it and it was teamed with the E coupe now in the Cunningham museum. It ran at Daytona, Sebring, etc. S875002 had lightweight parts wuch as an alloy nose and boot (with vents), hard top, and wide wire wheels. The second LHD roadster "lived" in Denver until about 1974 when it was sold to the UK where it resides today.
