Sellers description:
1963 Jaguar XKE Roadster 3.8 liters for restoration. In storage for 12 years in our shop in CA. With California clear title. Now located in North Carolina. Mostly complete, lost original bonnet, replace by one which is series I with uncover lamps. Have glass and chrome surrounds for conversion. Not a matching number, but correct period engine. Chassis #878942. Car shows some rust on rear floors, cost by sitting water. Not much more than that. Seals, rails, bonnet, doors and trunk no rust. Have radiator not shown on picture from a Series II. Others parts not shown on pictures. We also offer a full restoration service, since we have a Jaguar Restoration Shop for 30 yrs. (HRC Jaguars). We believe that this car can make an excellent concours restoration. The original exterior color was red with black interior.
