Seen for sale on carrfranco.it/en/jaguar-e-type-fhc-12-1962/

Price on request.

Seem to be restored to very high level.

Seller wrote "Car was sell new in Italy on dec 21, 1962 by "Compagnia Generale delle Auto - Milano" and ordered in Opalescent dark blue with red interior.

The car has never left Italy and has an intense history, especially in its early years, when it belonged for a few years to a sadly known bandit of the Milanese underworld, who probably after a few blows gave himself as a gift.

The car still has all its original components, engine, gearbox and body correspond to the numbers indicated in the heritage certificate, and has undergone a complete restoration for the bodywork and mechanics, all amply demonstrated by photos and invoices for works and spare parts.

To testify the excellent condition of the car when it was found, the owner has chosen, despite a complete restoration, to reassemble the original upholstery, to preserve some of the flavor and history that this car carries with it.

The restoration was completed in October 2020 and the car is ready for any road test. It has Italian documents, and black plate "MI"

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
