Purchased by the current owner from Sydney, this Jaguar E-Type has been used on a limited basis as a pleasure vehicle and is in fine condition. The engine and mechanicals are essentially original while the interior upholstery and trim have undergone restoration in recent times and now boast such modern amenities as a CD player. Finished in the classic combination of red with biscuit upholstery, this spectacular Jaguar E-type has benefitted from having a lot of money spent correcting various minor issues, including the most recent invoice for nearly $4,500 at Downshire Motors of East Malvern in November 2008, and everything now works as it should. With a history file dating back to 1979, this nicely sorted E-type is to be sold registered in Victoria until October 28, 2010 and a Victorian roadworthy certificate will be supplied after sale.
