Opening bid $40,000, no reserve, no bids yet, 6 days left in auction. Car is still in Florida. 62k miles.

    Sellers description:
1973 Jaguar XKE V12 Roadster/convertible automatic transmission. An exceptional example, finished in classic white with black interior and matching black vinyl soft top and boot. Automatic transmission with factory air conditioning, chrome wire wheels and the legendary smooth Jaguar 12 cylinder engine with four stromberg carbs. For someone in the market for this vehicle here is an excellent example for your consideration. This car has a straight body and is virtually rust free. Having undergone a mechanical and cosmetic restoration in the late 1990's, and driven very sparingly since then. The white paint shows beautifully with only a couple of small spots that could easily be touched up. The paint is not mint or show quality but much better than an everyday driver. It looks beautiful even in bright sun. The under carriage looks excellent as well. The convertible top has a small tear behind the right passenger side window. Interior seats are almost new, being replaced in the early 2000's. The dash console is in excellent condition with no fading or cracks anywhere. The center armrest, E brake, glove box, door panels and carpeting in great condition. All chrome on the car is in near mint condition. Windshield and frame look excellent. The chrome wire wheels are in mint condition. The tires are near mint condition Michelin X-1 white stripe. The car starts, shifts and drives exceedingly well and has been maintained properly. I would drive this car coast to coast with no hesitation. The engine does not smoke or leak. This vehicle is a smart investment for a savvy buyer, it's the best color combo and has the rare automatic transmission, and factory air. Included is a car cover and a service/repair manual on DVD, as well as a few new spare parts. I have tried to describe this car as accurate as possible. There are no disappointments with this vehicle. It is a real head turner that can be driven around town or entered in a car show, or both. This car is garage kept.
