    1E1008 is a RHD OTS sold new to Australia, and indeed I have details, and copy of its original ID Plate showing of course just 1008 CAR No (no 1E prefix) on my Australian E-Type Register file when car was fully restored in South Australia

    Seller’s description summarised: Matching numbers car sold new 7 July 1965 by Bryson's of Melbourne to Mr Walsh. Purchased by present owner  on 4 June 1990. Car comes with hard top and soft top. Concours quality restoration by Glenn Olsen's Jag E-Type Restorations of Melbourne. Has won multiple awards. Currently on non-transferable historic registration in South Australia. Current SA plates SXE064 may be available with the sale.
