My father bought his dream Series II from its original owner in CA about 50 years ago. He had many other cars so it was driven sparingly. About 25 years ago he commissioned an extensive restoration (by David Zumstein, a noted British car restorer (Fallbrook, CA) to what I have been told is a 100 pt condition (new leather, new paint, new top, everything rebuilt, etc). As you will see in the photos, it is immaculate. 47 years later I inherited the car in 2021, and while it was also my dream car, I've decided that it needs to go to someone that can drive it and show it more regularly (they want to be driven!). Known issues - the radio is original, but isn't working. It has new tires, fluids, and the fuel tank was re-seasoned and the carb rebuilt in 2022.
Paint and exterior

Along with the paint, the trim and chrome was also replated and is almost perfect.
Wheels and tires

The original steel wheels were replaced with the wire wheels shown, new period correct tires were installed in 2022 and are like new
Brakes

Brakes were redone and fluids are new as of 2022
