This 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III roadster was originally specified with Willow Green paintwork, a beige interior, and a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. It is equipped with a removable hardtop, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, 15” knock-off wire wheels, quadruple carburetors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a RetroSound stereo, and air conditioning. This Series III E-Type is now offered in California by the selling dealer with a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate, the owner’s manual, and an Ohio title.

The car is finished in Willow Green and features an other soft top, a removable hardtop, uncovered headlights, RoW-spec bumpers, and a forward-hinged louvered hood. Paint correction and paintless dent removal were performed under current ownership.

The 15″ wire-spoke wheels are secured with knock-off spinners and are mounted with 205/70/15 Michelin Radial Xh4 tires. The Series III E-Type was factory equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard-mounted rear rotors.

The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Beige as well as color-coordinated door panels. A RetroSound stereo has been installed, and air conditioning has been retained. The interior was detailed in preparation for the sale.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. An analog clock along with auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 38k miles, approximately 15 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory equipped with quadruple Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was rated at 241 net horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque when new.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Dry-ice cleaning was performed in preparation for the sale.

The Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate lists the car’s original specifications and serial numbers.

The title has an odometer reading of 38,417 miles recorded with an Actual notice.
