Hi Simon i am doing a full restoration on a series 1 fhc flat floor. total stripped shell in primer for protection untill summer. Could do with getting in touch with you about these early cars as there are many conflicking stories, located in norfolk will be busy the next three weeks be in touch after that.

For Sale 1961 - S1 Jaguar E Type

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to sell my Jaguar E-Type.
Over the years I have invested in excess of £180,000 into this car, with a comprehensive history file and receipts to support the expenditure. The car is chassis number 860123.
If I'm honest, I've simply fallen out of love with it. My passion has always been Ferraris, and I feel it's time for this E-Type to find a new custodian who will appreciate and enjoy the final stages of the journey.
The car is approximately 95% complete and now just requires final setup work along with completion of the interior, including the centre console, passenger seat and door trim. (All parts come with the car)
I fully appreciate that the E-Type market is not where it once was, and I am realistic about its value. As such, I am prepared to consider sensible offers from genuine enthusiasts.
