1988–1991 – Major Bodywork and Parts (Oldtimer Veteranen Shop GmbH, Idstein, Germany)

Between 1988 and 1991, numerous invoices from Oldtimer Veteranen Shop GmbH, Idstein/Taunus (specialists in classic Jaguars and MGs), show extensive purchases of genuine Jaguar E-Type parts and components:

Floor panels, sills, suspension arms, seals, lamps, wiring, bumpers, and fittings.

Example invoices:

8 May 1988: Parts totaling DM 1,497.06

16 August 1988: Chrome trim and structural panels – DM 607.39

24 August 1988: Floor complete lines and fittings – DM 447.11

17 January 1991: Rear lamps, bushings, fasteners – DM 793.51

18 April 1989: Front bonnet and panel set – DM 1,599.42

These invoices confirm a complete structural restoration, with large sections of bodywork replaced or refurbished using factory-correct Jaguar panels.

New starter, throttle valves, carburettor repair kits, and ignition parts

Cylinder head reconditioned, new valves and guides fitted

Fuel system renewed, including a Mitsuba fuel pump, lines, and fittings
