This 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III roadster is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in brown over tan leather, and features include a black convertible top, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, 15″ steel wheels with polished hubcaps, quadruple carburetors, a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo, and a heater. The selling dealer acquired the car in 2026 and it is now offered with a clean California title.
The car is finished in brown and features a black convertible top, uncovered headlights, a forward-hinged louvered hood, and quadruple exhaust outlets.
The 15″ steel wheels feature polished Jaguar hubcaps and are mounted with Negotiator NV S70 tires measuring 205/70. The Series III E-Type was factory equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard-mounted rear rotors.
The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in tan leather as well as color-coordinated door panels. Interior amenities include a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo, a locking glovebox, and a heater.
The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. An analog clock along with auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 19k miles, approximately 10 of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.3-liter V12 was factory equipped with quadruple Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was rated at 241 net horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
