Original UK supplied right hand drive example
Matching numbers
Partly restored and to an excellent standard
Superb opportunity to complete a stunning rebuild
Offered with all the essential parts to complete the restoration
This UK supplied example was registered new on 23rd January 1964. More recently the E-Type was acquired by a specialist restorer who undertook a huge amount of work to get it to the condition you see today. All panels were stripped back to bare metal and repaired and replaced where necessary and an extensive respray was undertaken in the excellent blue coachwork you see today. The suspension is new and has been fitted to the front end and looks superb ready to be completed. The interior was completely stripped out during the bare metal respray and is ready to be refitted or restored at the new owners wish. Also included in the sale are all the essential parts to complete the restoration including the windscreen, interior, engine block and ancillaries and many chrome fittings. The opportunity to acquire a UK supplied matching numbers Series I E-Type in this condition is very rare, it wouldn’t take much to complete this project and once done it will offer the new owner huge amounts of fun and will surely be a sound investment. Offered at a fraction of the cost of the build this is a great example and a straightforward project in the right hands. Offered with a history file with sundry bills, the current V5 registration document, photographs of the car and its UK Heritage Certificate. Consigned by Daniel Godin
